- ရန္ကုန္ျပည္သူ႔ေဆး႐ုံႀကီးႏွင့္ မႏၲေလးျပည္သူ႔ေဆး႐ုံႀကီးတို႔တြင္ Training and Conference Center တို႔ တည္ေဆာက္ရာတြင္ လည္းေကာင္း၊

- မိခင္ႏွင့္ ကေလးက်န္းမာေရးဆိုင္ရာ သင္ၾကားသင္ယူမႈမ်ား၊ ေဆးပစၥည္းကိရိယာမ်ားလႉဒါန္းရာတြင္လည္းေကာင္း၊

- ႏွလုံးေရာဂါဆိုင္ရာ ေဆးပစၥည္းကိရိယာမ်ား လႉဒါန္းျခင္းအပါအဝင္ အျခားကိစၥရပ္မ်ားတြင္လည္းေကာင္း ပံ့ပိုးေပးခဲ့ၿပီး မိတ္ဖက္အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားမွ လႉဒါန္းေငြမ်ားမပါဝင္ဘဲ Sea Lion Co Ldt, မွ တစ္ခုတည္းမွ လႉဒါန္းေငြ ျမန္မာက်ပ္ (၂.၂၆) ဘီလီယံေက်ာ္ ပံ့ပိုးေပးခဲ့ပါေၾကာင္း၊

- ဆက္လက္၍လည္း ေဆးတကၠသိုလ္ (၁)၊ ရန္ကုန္တြင္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာအဆင့္မီ Skill Lab တစ္ခုတည္ေဆာက္ရာတြင္ ကြၽမ္းက်င္မႈပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာနည္းပညာ အကူအညီ ႏွင့္ Clinical domain မွ ေဆးႏွင့္ေဆးဘက္ဆိုင္ရာကြၽမ္းက်င္ပညာရွင္မ်ား ကို ပညာေတာ္သင္မ်ားေစလႊတ္ရန္ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားစသည္တို႔တြင္ ေရရွည္ ပံ့ပိုးသြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါသည္။

- ေဆးတကၠသိုလ္ (၁)၊ ရန္ကုန္တြင္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ အဆင့္မီ Skill Lab တည္ေဆာက္ႏိုင္ျခင္းျဖင့္ ေဆးပညာသင္ၾကားသူမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ေဆးပညာရပ္မ်ားကို အဆင့္အတန္းျမင့္မားစြာ စာေတြ႕၊ လက္ေတြ႕ သင္ၾကားႏိုင္မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊

- ပညာေတာ္သင္မ်ားေစလႊတ္ရာတြင္ ဦးစားေပးအေရးႀကီးသည့္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ ေဆးပညာရပ္နယ္ပယ္မွ ပါေမာကၡခ်ဳပ္မ်ား၊ ပါေမာကၡမ်ား၊ တာဝန္ရွိသူမ်ား ႏွင့္ ေဆြးေႏြးညႇိႏႈိင္းရမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါသည္။

Sea Lion's Managing Director Dr. Win Zaw Aung and his team reported to the Ministry of Health and Sports (MOHS) of their past, current, and future efforts in education and training support

Dr. Win Zaw Aung and his team met with H.E Dr. Myint Htwe in the afternoon in MOHS Office No. (4) to present Sea Lion’s work from 2013 to 2017 in education and training, corporate social responsibility support, and a future scholarship program to MOHS.

Dr. Win Zaw Aung stated that between 2013 and 2017, Sea Lion and its global partners have, among others,

-organized and supported 426 training and educational activities for 14,229 healthcare professionals and over 4,700 interns and postgraduate students;

-arranged and supported for over 500 healthcare professionals to attend training courses, workshops, conferences, and symposiums in 21 countries around the world;

-bestowed funding to establish the Training Centre at Yangon General Hospital and the Training and Conference Centre at Mandalay General Hospital;

-supported the trainings of healthcare professionals and donated medical equipment for maternal and infant care;

-donated medical equipment for cardiac care;

-spent over 2.26 billion MMK (excluding Sea Lion's global partners’ contributions) in their education, training, and CSR support to the MOHS;

and currently, Sea Lion is providing technical assistance and consultancy services for the establishment of a skill lab of international standards at the University of Medicine (1), Yangon;

and in the near future, Sea Lion is planning to launch a sustained overseas scholarship program which will aid in the training of medical doctors, nurses, and technicians in clinical areas.

The union minister stated that

-the MOHS is grateful for Sea Lion's contributions;

-the establishment of a skill lab in the University of Medicine (1) Yangon will allow medical students to receive both theoretical and practical trainings at a higher level; and that

-it is necessary to further discuss with rectors, professors, and other responsible persons from respected areas regarding the scholarship program.

Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Health & Sports Prof. Thet Khaing Win, Director General of the Minister’s Office Dr. Tha Tun Kyaw, Director General of the Department of Human Resources for Health Dr.Tin Tin Lay, Deputy Director General (Academic Affairs) of the Department of Human Resources for Health Dr. Tin Tun, Deputy Director General (Medical Care) of the Department of Medical Services Dr. Thida Hla, other responsible persons from the Ministry of Health & Sports, Director Dr. Min Oo from Sea Lion Co Ltd and Training and Medical Education Leader Daw Tin Tin Moe from Sea Lion Co Ltd attended this meeting.
