SLDS is located in the Kyan Sitt Thar Industrial Zone in South Dagon township of Yangon and it spans over 6,870 square meter in a total land area of 8.7 acres (35,276 square meter).

SLDS is designed to comply the strict requirements of Sea Lion’s global partners, local and international regulations, and the industry standards. We aim to be one of the best facilities in Myanmar that can guarantee uncompromising storage and logistics solutions for full range of capital medical equipment and implantable and consumable medical devices including pharmaceutical products.

SLDS is designed by Civil Tech International Co., Ltd (Thailand). DSC is equipped with the most modern infrastructure, robust technological tools, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse Management System software to offer efficient supply chain management solutions in climate-controlled warehousing, online inventory management, and nation-wide shipments.

Our ambient storage capacity is 2,980 pallets over 2,745 sq.m. with selective pallet packing system, air-conditioned storage capacity of 1,008 pallets over 1,717 sq.m. under 25 degree Celcius, refrigerated storage space of 300 cubic meter (including 40' & 20' reefers) between 2 to 8 degree Celcius, storage space of 300 cubic meter (including 40' & 20' reefers) between -25 to -15 degree Celcius, and walk-in freezer room storage space of 22 sq.m (13 cubic meter) between -45 to 0 degree Celcius.

SLDS has a reliable fleet for nationwide distribution including air-conditioned trucks (-25 degree Celcius to 25 degree Celcius). We offer traceability service with recorded batch number, expiration date, temperature, humidity, tilt and shock data logging.

Total investment of the centre is US$ 10 million and it was opened on March 25, 2019.

The next step in the master plan is to build a manufacturing facility for the healthcare products to optimize the supply chain management and to help offer affordable quality healthcare products in Myanmar.

Sea Lion is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management systems. SLDS is in the final process to be certified ISO 13485:2016 for quality management systems for medical devices and related services.
